Worked with Anthony at JLLawsonCo.com (http://JLLawsonCo.com) to piece together some mini visual explorations of his everyday carry keepsakes. This one was actually the very first piece that introduced me to his work and the company that he has been building over the years. The amount of work and attention to detail he puts into each piece he makes is inspirational - timeless keepsakes that are generational. There really is alot of satisfaction when working with other artists whom you share core principles with. A great company that all should check out.

The labyrinth can be seen as an archetypal symbol of the psyche and of what C. G. Jung called the individuation process: that twisty, unpredictable, tortuous, serpentine path toward wholeness and authenticity. The goal is to reach the center, the Self, the core of our being.
Again, I worked with Anthony at JLLawsonCo.com (http://JLLawsonCo.com) to piece together a mini visual exploration of this everyday carry keepsake. He surprised me with this one but we landed on the idea of how life can constantly have pressure building upon ones self - be it small or large hits to the psyche and using these worry coins as a way to center ones self.
The spot would be built using the premise of Cymatics. We would use the vibration of powder to begin the spot building to a violent nature. As the audio hits its crescendo, we would run a powder clip in reverse to reveal a product shot of the coin before landing on the company logo. It’s been a long time since I messed with Cymatics but felt that this was a great way to showcase a constant build up of stress.
The amount of work and attention to detail Anthony puts into each piece he makes is inspirational - timeless keepsakes that are generational - and I truly appreciate the amount of freedom to explore that this company has allowed me.

Our good friends from National Geographic Channel reached out to us and presented us with the opportunity to help craft a trailer soup to nuts for a two-hour event that would be the first live broadcast of an actual brain surgery in the US that would be hosted by Bryant Gumbel.
Neu Noir handled all aspects of the production from beginning to delivery while collaborating closely with National Geographic Channel.

We were approached to design promotional print elements for the upcoming sales decks for Fox Sports regional networks. Each design was delivered so that the teams and players could be easily swapped and versioned out.

What happens when the power goes out and the city goes to hell?
This is what we had the opportunity to explore from beginning to end as we were challenged by National Geographic Channel to produce a trailer for their upcoming television event that looked at this very scenario. Neu Noir handled the design, live action direction and production from start to finish on this spot while working closely with the National Geographic Channel creative team. A ton of creative passion from all involved - we love these people!

When only plane or horse can deliver supplies, sometimes it takes a nimble studio to quickly deliver a textural and gritty graphics package. Neu Noir designed, directed, and produced the live action graphics package used throughout the show promos for National Geographic Channel.

Neu Noir was tasked with creating a graphics package for a new show on NGC called "Church Rescue". We loaded up our cameras and gear and headed to one of the oldest ghost towns in California. As the temps were hovering around zero in Bodie, we watched the sun rise over the horizon and light the old church that still stands there today. A beautiful metaphor to the rebuilding of churches within the show.

Neu Noir teamed up with the good folks at Fox Sports to create a versatile graphics toolkit that would allow the 22 regional Fox Sports channels to create their own on-air broadcast campaigns. This consisted of team logos, city introductions, lower thirds, and team matchups.

A graphics toolkit for a show about venomous snake handling churches in the South? YESSSSS!!! Neu Noir worked some practical graphics magic as UltraBland delivered an amazing editorial cut.
